I am sorry for the lack of posts lately. It's been quite chaotic. Now, I have 247 pictures to go through to get them posted. Yikes.
This picture was taken back in March when Nicole and I had a mother-daughter day at the Bonita Bay. We have fun making sand castles and collecting shells.
Nicole is blossoming so much. When you wake up in the morning, she'll ask, "Did you sleep well?". This morning, when I had just gotten out of the shower, she came into the bathroom carrying a shirt that came out of the dirty laundry basket and said, "Put your clothes on." She is quite a bossy little girl but sweet as can be. She sings all day long. She makes up her own songs too.
Last night, she went pee on the potty... On her own!!! Meaning, she said she wanted to go potty so she got onto the 'big' toilet, sat there a few minutes, got down, sat her on own potty chair and went pee! There was no effort on my part to get her to sit on the toilet or potty chair. She did it all on her own!
As you can see, our pool is ready for swimming. Thank goodness for a heat pump!
Can this view in our backyard get any better? Beautiful blue water in the pool with the bayou right behind us.
