1 Year Ago Today

It's hard to believe but one year ago today, this was Jim and I sitting in the Panama City airport anxiously beginning our long journey to the other side of the world to meet our daughter for the first time.








On November 18th, we are in Los Angeles waiting to board our HUGE plane headed to Hong Kong!














Oh boy, 7,234 miles from Los Angeles to Hong Kong and 14 1/2 hours of continuous flying??? Yikes.











Nicole, your Mommy watched this screen for almost the entire flight!













We are finally airborne and are more excited than words can describe. Our daughter, Nicole is waiting for us in ChenZhou and we have been waiting for her for a long time. We are on our way.

Boy, this post brings back memories. I get the chills just thinking about it.
