She loves to climb....

It sure has been a hectic week. Of course, it's still tax season so we are quite busy with that. Then Jim and Nicole ended up with a cold. Needless to say, it got passed on to me. So, we have had a pretty long, rough, and exhausting week. That is why I haven't updated any pictures recently.

Nicole has learned to climb onto our coffee table. That is NOT good. It's a huge glass coffee table.

Then today for the first time, Nicole climbed up onto the couch by herself! Climbing onto the couch is okay with me but I am worried about how she is going to get down... will she fall? Boy, she is making progress in leaps and bounds.

Nicole is getting her 6th tooth in!!! It's one of her top front teeth.

She has fun helping Mommy with the laundry. She'll carry the washclothes into the bathroom for me. I'll pick her up and then she'll put them away. Same thing with the rest of the clothes. We put them away piece by piece, literally. We'll each carry one item at a time, put them away and then go back for more.

She's trying so hard to talk. She says bath time, thank you, lobster and star fish now. Keep in mind, it's not real clear but if you listen carefully, you can tell that is what she is saying.

The other day, I was reading some books to her. I had closed the book, gave it to her and then asked her to show me the shoes. She opened the book, looked through the pages and FOUND the shoes and pointed to them!!! Then we did the same thing with another book but this time I asked her to find the dolphin. Again... she DID IT!!!

Nicole is such an amazing daughter! We are so blessed to have her. What a joy she has brought to our lives. So many smiles too. :)
